Terms of Sale (Public Offer)

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of professional fight equipment, boxing gear, apparel, and related merchandise to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods in accordance with the terms of this Offer.

3. Ordering Procedure & Pricing

3.1. Prices for products are listed in Euros (EUR) on the Website and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT 24%).

3.2. The Buyer places orders through the Website interface by adding items to the shopping cart and completing the online checkout process.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment is made via bank transfer, major credit/debit cards, or supported electronic payment systems as presented during the checkout process.

5. Delivery

5.1. Delivery is carried out across Estonia, the Baltic region, and all European Union member states as outlined in our delivery guidelines.

6. Warranty and Returns

6.1. The Seller provides a warranty for the goods in accordance with the applicable laws of the European Union and the Republic of Estonia.

6.2. For legal entities, the warranty period is 12–36 months (depending on the product). For consumers (individuals), the warranty period is 2 years from the date of receipt.

6.3. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods (for consumers – individuals in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

6.4. Returned goods must be unused, complete, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless the goods are defective or the Seller is at fault.

6.5. Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods at the Seller's warehouse.

7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

7.1. The Seller undertakes to:

• Deliver goods of proper quality and in accordance with the confirmed order;
• Provide the Buyer with all necessary statutory information about the goods;
• Process returns and complaints in accordance with applicable law and these terms.

7.2. The Buyer undertakes to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order;
• Pay for the ordered goods in full and on time;
• Accept the delivered goods in accordance with the selected delivery terms.

8. Liability

8.1. The Seller is not liable for failure to perform or improper performance of obligations if this is due to force majeure, actions of third parties, or inaccurate information provided by the Buyer.

8.2. The Seller is not liable for any indirect damages or lost profits.

8.3. The Buyer is fully responsible for the correctness and authenticity of the personal data provided during checkout.

8.4. The Seller's total aggregate liability under any claim is strictly limited to the price of the specific goods paid by the Buyer.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

9.1. By accepting this Offer, the Buyer gives consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

9.2. The Seller processes personal data in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. This Offer and all commercial contracts concluded on its basis are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

10.2. All disputes arising from or in connection with this Offer shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of the Republic of Estonia.

10.3. If any provision of this Offer is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Amendments and Termination

11.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend this Offer at any time. Amendments come into force immediately upon their publication on the Website.

11.2. Orders concluded prior to amendments are fulfilled under the terms that were in force at the time of order placement.
