Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Guarantee)

Pursuant to European Union Consumer Protection legislation, customers purchasing from OÜ Sofiviness have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 calendar days of physical receipt without specifying a reason.

2. Return Conditions

• Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Due to hygiene standards, mouthguards that have been opened or molded are excluded from return unless defective.
• Return items should be shipped to our facility at Kangelaste prospekt 12a-43, Narva linn, Ida-Viru maakond, 20603, Estonia.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return authorization label, please email sales@sofiviness.shop with your invoice number. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days upon receiving returned goods.
